Fill a Saucepan with water and bring to the boil - add a tbsp of salt.
Cook the pasta as per the instructions found on the packet. Continue on with the rest of the mission whilst the pasta is cooking. ( Keep an eye on it, put aside once finished)
Choparoo the 2 rashers of bacon and add to a cold Saucepan, adjust to medium heat.
Whilst waiting for the bacon to sizzle, Chop chop chop, ch-ch-chop chop chop the 1 Onion and 3 cloves of garlic.
Once the Bacon is sizzling nicely, add Onion to pan for 3 minutes, stirring sensually.
Add Garlic, stir sensually for a further 2 minutes
Add the 500g of Beef Mince. Maintain a medium-high heat and stir until brown.
Now, add the 1 Jar of Passata Sauce, the 2 tablespoons of Dried Oregano and Dried Rosemary, 2 cheeky Bay Leaves, 1 tin of Diced Tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of Tomato Puree.
Chop up/dice 5 Sundried Tomatoes and add to the pan
Let simmer, ideally for around an hour or so, but honestly you can serve it up just about straight away and it will still be a good meal. But generally speaking, aim for an hour worth of simmering. Let the flavours meet each other and intertwine.
